Raising Cane’s is making good on its promise to expand into the Willamette Valley. The Baton Rouge-based chicken chain currently operates just one Oregon location and two in the Portland metropolitan area. The chain debuted at Pioneer Place mall in 2019, followed by a Vancouver location in 2024.
But those joints won’t be flying solo for long…
