PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help in solving a shooting that left two men dead at a boat ramp in July 2024.
The shooting happened around 7:50 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp at 4325 Northeast Marine Drive.
When officers arrived to the boat ramp, they found 18-year-old J’Meire Asher, of Portland, and 38-year-old Deangelo Augustus, of Salem, dead from gunshot wounds…
