PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man who was stabbing himself inside a home died en route to the hospital while in police custody, Portland police reported late Wednesday.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, East Precinct officers responded at 5:47 p.m. to a home in the 7800 block of Southeast Tolman Street.
