PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A 41-year-old woman is being held without bail on multiple charges following an incident at a Northwest Portland apartment complex.
According to court documents, the incident unfolded Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Kado NW Apartments on Northwest 18th Avenue as a man returned from the grocery store.
