September in Oregon is apparently refusing to go quietly.
Summer may technically be winding down, but somebody forgot to tell the state’s event calendar. The rest of the month is packed with rodeos, giant coastal festivals, live music, Oktoberfest celebrations, glowing parades, comic conventions and enough reasons to hit the road that staying home suddenly feels like the boring option.
