15 makeshift beds found in Centennial Mills building after fire, city records show

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – City records are offering more insight into the condition of the Centennial Mills building that burned down in August.

In early June, records show Portland Fire & Rescue crews responded to the property for a medical emergency and say they found about 15 makeshift beds, along with people living inside the warehouse.
