CANBY, Wash. (KPTV) – Canby Police are searching for the driver of a van who is accused of seriously hurting a child in a hit-and-run crash on Wednesday night.
Investigators say the crash happened around 7:20 p.m. when a child riding an e-scooter was hit by a cargo van near the 300 block of S Ivy St.
