One driver died and two others were hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon near Cornelius.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office announced around 1 p.m. Sept. 24 that all lanes of Northwest Cornelius-Schefflin Road near Roy Road were closed in both directions as investigators responded to a fatal crash.
