A Portland man is being held without bail after he stabbed a convenience store employee while stealing some cigarettes, prosecutors allege.
According to court documents, 48-year-old Randy Allen Hall entered Pete’s Market in downtown Portland on September 24 and stole a carton of cigarettes.
