VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Downtown Vancouver’s Main Street has received a major upgrade, and the public is invited to help celebrate.
The city completed its Main Street reconstruction project between 5th and 15th streets ahead of schedule. The project replaced nearly century-old underground utilities and fulfilled plans that had been in development for more than three decades.
