The dream of the Lloyd Center may be dead, but local malls are picking up the slack.
Already, a handful of former tenants of the shuttered Northeast Portland shopping center — a comic shop, Lego store and magic theater — have fled Lloyd for downtown’s Pioneer Place.
Now another key business, the former mall’s oldest, has found a new home, too…
