PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A person is injured and a man arrested after a stabbing in the middle of the morning in northwest Portland Saturday, according to police. At about 10:30 a.m., officers responded to Northwest Third Avenue and Northwest Everett Street after reports of a stabbing. According to a PPB spokesperson, the victim suffered serious injuries but is expected to recover. They were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
