PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was shot in the leg and robbed in southwest Portland early Saturday morning, according to Portland police. Just before 4 a.m., officers responded to the area of Southwest Third Avenue and Southwest Washington Street after the report of a shooting. They found the injured victim and gave him first aid until an ambulance arrived. The man was rushed to the hospital where he is expected to recover, police said.
