PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a carjacking in North Portland on Friday evening.
The carjacking was reported at about 6:15 p.m. in the 7000 block of North Portsmouth Avenue. A short time later, officers found the stolen car in the area of North Peninsular Avenue and North Hunt Street.
