PORTLAND, Ore. – You’ve gotten off your plane after arriving at this airport and feel like you’re walking for miles to get to baggage claim or transit options. Well, not anymore.
As part of PDX’s 300,000 square foot facelift, new exit lanes debuted today, which skips the main concourse connector. This plan has been approved to much fanfare, like Gina, who flew up from Oakland to see her daughter and says she usually dreads the walk from the gate to baggage claim, but not today.
