Man accused of pushing victim in front of MAX train to change plea

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man arrested on attempted murder charges after allegedly pushing someone in front of a MAX train is set to change his plea and be sentenced, KATU has learned.

The incident happened May 21, 2024, in front of Providence Park and was captured on CCTV footage provided by TriMet.
