A Portland restaurant that survived more than 30 years across two incarnations and served as a frequent location on “Portlandia” will close for good next month.
The Slide Inn will shut its doors on May 10, owners Eugen and Lenor Bingham wrote in a press release.
The German-inspired restaurant opened in 2012 with a menu that hoped to draw in both vegan and gluten-free customers.
