PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – With rent prices on the rise, WalletHub released a list on Wednesday, ranking cities with the most affordable rent in the United States. But where do cities in the Pacific Northwest fall?
Rental costs have grown more than 50% in the last decade, WalletHub said, citing the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Price Index. The index similarly showed a surge in home prices in the same period.
