PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Vancouver police are searching for a suspect who fled after a shooting early on Saturday.
Officers responded to the incident at a parking lot in the 11800 block of Southeast Mill Plain around 2:20 a.m., the Vancouver Police Department revealed.
