PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A fresh round of spring snow will blanket the upper elevations of the Cascades this week thanks to an upper-level low-pressure center currently off the coast of California.
This area of low pressure is expected to begin slowly moving inland across Central and Southern Oregon Tuesday night into Wednesday.
