Beaverton man sentenced to 9 years in fourth domestic violence case

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A man will spend nearly a decade in prison after being convicted in his fourth domestic assault case, according to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.

Phillip Michael Donald Hubbard, 46, was sentenced on April 29 to nine years in prison.
