PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A crash has all closed Interstate 5 North and one Southbound lane at the Terwilliger curves in southwest Portland on Friday afternoon, according to ODOT.
Shortly before 4 p.m., the Oregon Department of Transportation reported that all lanes of I-5 North were closed, along with one southbound lane, at Southwest Iowa Street.
Officials said the delay could last for more than two hours…
