PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man has been arrested after Portland Police say he broke into woman’s home and assaulted an officer with a rock in the Overlook neighborhood.
At around 11:35 p.m. on Thursday, PPB says officers responded to a reported burglary at a home on N Overlook Terrace.
