PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Dozens of water meter covers are disappearing in the Sellwood Neighborhood, frustrated neighbors said this isn’t just a nuisance, but replacing them is costing taxpayers hundreds of dollars.
“It just creates a really nasty feeling in the neighborhood,” said Drew Beard, a Sellwood Resident.
