One of the best places to swim in East Multnomah County is unexpectedly staying closed for the summer as an ongoing renovation project takes precedence.
Mt. Hood Community College will not temporarily reopen its pool this summer, as originally planned and will instead proceed with construction. The decision was made due to the current state of construction and the difficulty of a temporary reopening. That means the pool will remain closed.
