Another vacant Portland Starbucks has been scooped up by a local coffee chain.
It came as a surprise to many last fall when Starbucks suddenly shuttered hundreds of cafes nationwide, including more than a dozen in Oregon. Closures came swiftly: Within a few days of signs popping up outside certain locations, baristas served their last lattes.
