Judge orders accused teen shooter, 14, held in detention as victim recovers

WOOD VILLAGE, Ore. (KATU) — A judge has ordered a 14-year-old boy accused of shooting a 13-year-old girl in Wood Village to remain in detention.

On Wednesday, families of both the suspect and victim were present at the juvenile detention center in Northeast Portland.
