PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Gubernatorial candidate Helena Foulkes and CVS Health both hit back at Gov. Dan McKee’s campaign on Wednesday over a new attack ad targeting Foulkes on health care, as the Democratic primary race enters a more intense phase.
The McKee commercial, which began airing Wednesday, focuses its criticism of Foulkes on her time as a top executive at Woonsocket-based CVS, as well as her role in a Medicaid panel a decade ago.
