CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — The RIIL saw two repeat individual golf champions on Wednesday afternoon at Cranston Country Club.
On the boys side, La Salle junior Drew MacLeod won by two strokes to win his second straight individual title, while helping La Salle win their fifth straight team title. He was the only golfer to shoot even par (142).
On the girls side, Moses Brown senior Adriana Eaton won her second straight title shooting a 148 (+6), and her third in four years, to cap off her illustrious high school career. Johnston’s Elizabeth Kue was one stroke behind, finishing in second place.
