CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — The long-awaited reopening of Cranston’s public pool has been postponed once again.
The Budlong Pool, now being renamed the Budlong Aquatic Center, was supposed to open on Wednesday, but will now open on July 15.
“The adjustment will allow the final phase of construction to be completed under the proper conditions and ensure the facility opens at the high standard residents expect,” the city said.
