PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — More affordable housing is coming to the city of Providence.
The Smiley administration announced a new investment from the Providence Housing Trust Fund that’s expected to help create more than 200 affordable apartments across three developments.
“The Providence Housing Trust Fund has been one of the key strategies we’ve had to build so much affordable housing here in the city,” said Providence Mayor Brett Smiley.
