While home prices remain stubbornly high, local realtors are noting a shift in the housing market.
Emilio DiSpirito, License Partner at Engel & Völkers, said he’s seeing increased inventory – and that’s giving buyers an advantage they haven’t had in years.
“Supply has definitely increased – doubled, if not tripled in neighborhoods, giving buyers more selection,” said DiSpirito.
He continues, “The amount of homes on the marketplace just makes it so much more competitive for sellers, because buyers now have more choice in not only location, but also what that home looks like and feels like inside.”…
