BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WJAR) — A new, resident-driven housing development in Burrillville officially marked its completion with a ribbon cutting on Monday.
The Fernwood development, developers say, is unique in that the residents of the new low- and moderate-income homes played a significant part in the building of their houses.
