Steel Yard turns once-sunken Providence River crane into public art

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The Steel Yard in Providence is transforming a crane that sat in the Providence River for years into a piece of public art.

In 2017, a barge and crane sank in the Providence River and remained there for years.
