RI Amtrak Employee Files Lawsuit After “20-Foot Fall and Disfigurement”
A Rhode Island man sued Amtrak in federal court this week, alleging that while working for the company, he incurred severe injuries from a 20-foot fall.
He says he now suffers from “severe physical pain, anguish, and disfigurement.”
