Lincoln, R.I. — A seat on the Lincoln Zoning Board of Review is open after a member resigned because of a move, and the board was told at Tuesday night’s meeting that whoever fills it must live in the same district, according to the Lincoln Zoning Board’s published meeting recording.
The practical effect is narrow but real: only residents of that district can be considered for the seat, and members said the district is small.
