Rhode Island – Damp pavement glistens under streetlights this morning as thin drizzle freezes in spots across Providence. Temperatures hover near 34°F, just cold enough for slick patches to form on untreated roads and elevated surfaces.
According to the National Weather Service in Boston, pockets of freezing drizzle and fog may linger through the early morning hours across Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts.
