BOSTON (WWLP) – A Massachusetts man wanted in connection with a triple shooting in Worcester has been captured following a multi-agency investigation.
The U.S. Marshals Service announced that 30-year-old Xabiel Feliciano of Worcester was arrested Wednesday morning in North Providence, Rhode Island.

Feliciano was sought in connection with a Dec. 29, 2025, shooting in Worcester that left three people injured. He has been charged with:
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (2 counts)
- Vandalizing Property (3 counts)
- Use of a Firearm during a Felony
- Discharging a Firearm within 500 feet of a Dwelling
- Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without a License
- Carrying Ammunition without an FID card
- Disturbing the Peace
- Disorderly Conduct
The arrest followed a two-month fugitive investigation involving multiple agencies, including the U.S. Marshals Service Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force, Massachusetts State Police, Worcester Police Department, Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, Rhode Island State Police, and North Providence Police Department.
