PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The Providence Police Department said a gun went off during the robbery of a convenience store.
Police say the robbery happened at KB Mart at 545 Broad St. on Wednesday morning, but it wasn’t reported until around 1:20 p.m.
The assailant demanded money and got into a physical struggle with the clerk, police said.
