WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Gloria Griffen never went to bartending school.
“I didn’t know anything about being a bartender,” the 82-year-old told 12 News. “I didn’t know how to make a drink or anything.”
“I just learned as I went along,” she continued. “This is where I landed and this is where I’ve always been.”
Griffen has been tending bar at Sam’s Inn in Warwick for more than five decades…
