PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The suspect accused of stabbing a man in Providence last week faced a judge Monday afternoon.
Terrell Bliss, 37, was arrested Thursday shortly after stabbing the victim in the thigh on Douglas Avenue, according to police.
