Rhode Island State Police said Tuesday that they arrested a Woonsocket woman accused of leading police on chases in Smithfield, Johnston and Providence.
Ciara Valentin, 21, is facing several charges, including driving under the influence, eluding police and reckless driving. Police said she’s also a bail violator.
