Rhode Island man shares family ties to 2 U.S. Presidents and a Founding Father

(WJAR) — As the United States prepares to mark 250 years of independence, a Newport man is sharing a direct and personal connection to the nation’s founding and the presidency.

For James Walker, American history isn’t just something he learned in school.
