CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Cranston police said a man was arrested after an investigation into threatening posts and a hours-long standoff on Thursday.
According to police, 24-year-old Devan Garcia posted several comments on the Cranston Police Department’s Facebook posts about upcoming events like the memorial ceremony and a spring festival.
In one comment, police said Garcia asked what officers would do “if someone was armed and dangerous, willing to fully resist until death.”…
