Over $124K awarded to Adk North Country Association to support Farmers’ Markets

NORTH COUNTRY (WWTI) – New York State Agriculture Commissioner Richard A. Ball announced $750,000 in grants awarded to 10 organizations through the Farmers’ Market Resiliency Grant Program.

This funding aims to support infrastructure improvements, enhance marketing efforts, and bolster the resiliency of the food supply chain in New York. The initiative is part of Governor Hochul’s commitment to invest in the agricultural industry and improve food access.
