A man charged with murder in the 2025 deadly shooting on I-40 is scheduled to be on trial this week in Wake County.
Josue Alejandro Quintanilla-Reyes was charged hours after the shooting on Friday, March 8, 2025. The shooting happened around 6:20 a.m. on Interstate 40 East near N. Harrison Avenue, according to authorities.
