Lina’s Bakery & Café to Join North Raleigh Dining Scene This August

Lina’s Bakery & Café is set to join North Raleigh’s dining scene this August, marking the latest venture from the family behind LaGana. Raleigh Magazine recently reported that Carlos Lemus Sr. and his son, Carlos Lemus Jr., are preparing to open the new concept on Falls of Neuse Road.

According to Raleigh Magazine, the bakery will operate separately from LaGana, giving the family additional space to focus on desserts and experiment with menu items that could not be produced in the restaurant’s existing kitchen. The expanded operation is expected to feature a broader selection of baked goods while supporting the family’s growing business.
