The 2026 Southeast Zone Masters Championships raced last weekend, and a group of four Raleigh Area Masters swimmers broke three Masters relay world records, taking down the 4×100 free, 4×50 medley, and 4×100 medley records.
The quartet of Kylee Alons (27), Kimberly Ruiz (35), Karen Stump (48), and Erika Braun (54) competed in the 160-199 age group with an aggregate age of 164.
They started the meet with a new record in the 400 free relay. They stopped the clock in 4:05.73 to take more than a second off the 2015 record time of 4:06.90, set by North Carolina Masters…
