RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Three of the four North Carolina lobbyists indicted in connection with a 2024 trip to Kentucky as part of an alleged effort to unlawfully provide benefits to state lawmakers have struck a deal with prosecutors to avoid criminal conviction, according to court records.
