Contractors for the N.C. Department of Transportation plan to close several lanes on Rogers Road near Capital Creek Drive this week.
Crews plan to relocate utilities ahead of construction of the Rogers Road Grade Separation project starting this winter. They will install a new gas line under existing Rogers Road near Capital Creek Drive.
